Integrated Oversized Headset System
A 1-1/2 inch oversized bearing paired with a 28.6mm steerer tube provides ample internal routing space while maximizing front-end rigidity and steering precision.

Advanced Aerodynamic Optimization
Refined using Large Eddy Simulation (LES) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) via ANSYS software. The frame design approaches the aerodynamic limits permitted under UCI regulations. From the flattened headtube to the widened seatstays, every contour is engineered to minimize drag and maximize efficiency.

TCF – TeXtreme Carbon Fabric Technology
Constructed using TCF-TeXtreme carbon fabrics for enhanced lightness without sacrificing stiffness or structural strength. Ultra-thin Spread Tow layers (under 0.05mm per layer) help suppress crack formation under load, improving durability, impact resistance, and overall composite performance.

NACA Kamm Tail Tube Design
